Transforming

Today my birthday was on my mind. It's July 7th and one more month until I turn 50. I always promised myself that I would look better at 50 than any other age.  Be careful because what I wished for  came true! I lost 4 dress sizes in about 6 weeks. Thank you Leila my sister the Doctor" for giving me the gift of HCG. When you lose weight like that it makes your head spin. Literally the mental image that I had of myself and what was really true was so different. I had to purchase several pants that were still too big for me because in my wildest dreams I was not a size 6. I was not slender..oh but I was! I have heard that you should always ask the Universe or God for what you want. Say "thank you" because you are letting God decide how your desire will come to you.

 It has been about 5 months since the diet and HCG and every day I am impacted by the results. Today I ran for twenty minutes of the treadmill at four and a half miles fer hour.  The last time I did I was really over weight and I was just starting to get serious about weight lifting.  My knees would start to hurt and I was winded.  Now, no BIG deal!
